Throwdowns and peeps

Saw in another thread where peeps would like 50 Bretheren in a Throwdown. Legs are cool and cheap, $3.70 for 7 legs. I've only been in two TD's but I'm learning a lot. I can't wait to go to the butcher and order a bone in brisket. So this will be my supper too. Legs seasoned three ways. Merry Christmas peeps. Thanks it is fun

Im cooking braised beef shank for the first time ever as i type. I think ot would qualify but i didnt even sear it on the grill so it cant be entered. I can do surf and turf, crab legs and steak tomorrow or i have a precooked spiral sliced ham i can warm up on the grill (its only part of a pigs leg and id be a bit of a hypocrite but im good with that).
