Custom Hats for big heads?

I'm looking for some recommendations for getting our team hats made. I (like many of my bbq brethren) have a pretty large head and most regular hats don't fit me well. We had some made at Queensborough last year that were nice, but are a little too small for me.

My favorite hats are the 47Brand Franchise hats in XXL, but I can't find anyone that uses those for custom hats. So, any of my friends with large heads here have a recommendation with a brand/designer you have been happy with?

I used Lids.com big franchise with tons of hats they can order in for you if they dont have one you like in stock. My brothers and I are pretty picky when it comes to hats and we all were satisfied. We didn't put our logo on the hat just our name but they look good.

I know you are looking for baseball caps, but this company makes a great product. Have 3 of their hats and one of them is over 25 years old and still in good shape. These are not inexpensive, they are very well made.
