Have enjoyed reading these forums for some time. Have learned quite a bit here.
Just an old guy that likes to grill out when I can. I am retired but am chief cook, bottlewasher, etc. Wife not able to help out much.
Hobbies are gardening, grilling, and guns.
I have several grills but just got a PBC two weeks ago. Have been wanting a smoker for ribs, and butts, etc.
I have King-Griller Kamado Kooker . . . Weber Q300 . . . Pit Barrel Cooker . . . Weber 10020 Smokey Joe 14-Inch Portable Grill . . . Maverick ET-732.
I have tried (unsuccesfully) to master the Acorn for slow cooks, doing all the mods, etc. but just have not been able to control it, so now I have the PBC.
