It's 3:30am here in Georgia and the firebox is lit. I've already got a 15lb packer on and later I'll throw on a few racks of spares, and about a dozen Italian sausages. Also on the menu are atomic buffalo turds (stuffed jalapenos) scalloped potatoes and coleslaw. Why all the food you may ask ? My son and a bunch of his friends from college are coming to visit. Tuition is the cheap part of a college education, feeding these kids is killing me. But I love it :mrgreen:

Well in the interest of making a good impression,
here I decided to do a fatty for breakfast. Jimmy Dean sausage, stuffed with pepperjack cheese, jalapeno strips on top and sprinkled with rub

Breakfast is ready

And the brisket coming along nicely

That is either a very tiny fatty or some humongous japs :mrgreen: That is gonna be a real eye opener for breakfast. Looks very tasty.

Oh Yeah, they live on rammen, and anything canned, so they really appreciate it. I'm trying to get a gig going to go out to the college and cook for a party.
