Smoked a 5 pound turkey breast on Sunday. Used Big Brother Smoke's Simply Marvelous Poultry Rub along with some cherry and peach woods. The rub is fantastic :cool:

Plated up with some rice pilaf and a tasty sweet tater...

If I remember correctly it took about 4 1/2 hours. Egg temp was around 240-250*.
 
Yeah this one was like $19. Worth every penny. A whole turkey would be much cheaper though.
 
That looks great. Makes me want to start thawing out my big arse turkey now.

Thanks everyone! Yeah BBS's rub is great! Just ordered a 32 oz shaker of it!

Well I am no match for Rick, but the turkey came out fantastic! I did not brine it and it came out extremely juicy and tender :biggrin: Go get yous a breast and throw it on the Egg...you won't be disappointed!
