Introducing the NAFTA Burger!

I used some turkey burges to finish seasoning the griddle. Onion, jalapenos, and mushrooms on the other side.

Onions caramelized. SLiced up some Roma tomatoes...

Grilled and sliced the jalapenos....

Seasoned some beef patties with Oakridge Carne Crosta Rub...

While that was setting up, I made a cheese sauce from some smoked cheddar I had on hand..

Not sure my big mouth could bite thru all that but would sure give it a try!
 
I could eat those until my arse covered North America! :shocked:
