All 4 meats on at once!

Got up early yesterday for an all four meat cook. 16 pounds of pork butt, 9 pounds of pork belly, 6 monster St. Lois cut ribs, 12 pound brisket and 2 family packs of chicken wings.
America!!!

52 degrees with strong winds yesterday, no problems. I did take the advise to use bigger splits. I loaded it up with three and got 1 hour between loads.
