Salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder, 250 deg for around 4-5 hours until a toothpick goes in and out easily. That's as good as it gets.
 
That's a solid start to a weekend. Let us know how it goes!
 
Must be the weekend for dino bones, doing some tomorrow too
