Oh ya! Did you marinate those ribs at all? I like to make a homemade teriyaki marinade for short ribs, goes great with chicken thighs too. Also, digging the tunes..reminds me of my aunty's ex husband who use to blast his Mexican music in his el camino:)
 
Try a Rocky Patel Freedom cigar. You'll forget about those. Great food looks great!!

We just seasoned the short ribs with fiesta brand steak seasoning.
