I can assure you, my first attempts at these TD's were horrid at best. I have tried my best to enter every week. Even while I am traveling I make sure I can cook wherever we stay. It is amazing how much you will elevate your game.

Then enter because it is for fun and you're proud of what you've done. I've entered several and haven't come close to winning. One way to look at it is, you have to eat anyway, so have some fun.
