Hello, I'm in Bear DE. Been grilling/smoking for 10 years on a COS. Learned a lot, got to where I was getting pretty good results, and just upgraded to a good quality cooker. (pictured)IMG_0373.jpg Very excited. I've learned a ton from the site over the years and finally joined. I hope everybody has a great, safe, and smoky Holiday weekend.
