I want to start by thanking everyone for the expertise and experience passed on for the benefit of people like me. I've tinkered around over the years mainly on propane grills and have reached a point where I want to get more serious by stepping up to a stick burner. Family and friends volunteer me on a regular basis to cook for parties, which happen a lot at my house. I haven't put anyone in the hospital yet so I'm assuming I'm on the right track! I look forward to grazing through this treasure trove of a forum and stepping up my bbq game. Thanks to the Admins for allowing me access and thanks again for all of you who share your knowledge.
