Hey,

I need to get a few pictures of smoked turkeys for the next issue of Smoke Signals, the BBQ Brethren's magazine.

If you have a cool photo that you don't mind letting us use, I would be VERY grateful.

Thanks!

Eric

I just made this Sunday. Nothing special but tasted great. Apple wood and stubbs natural briquettes. Rub under the skin, evoo on the skin.

If a Smoked Turkey is the rule, I've not done one yet because we Cajun Fry them here. I'll throw the hat in the ring just in case with my oil less turkey fryer. It is after all outdoor cooking.

Here's one I did last Christmas on the PBC. Twenty one pounds, barely fit.
