I cooked a brisket today, and I want to eat it for lunch tomorrow. What is the best way to re-heat it?

Lots of brethren reheat in vac bags in boiling water. If its just refrigerated i like to put the slices in simmering broth. The broth gets better each time.

I agree reheat in the broth/drippings for great flavor. Even if you are reheating a few slices for lunch, a microwave is adequate.

I've had great success simply wrapping my sliced brisket in tinfoil with about a tbsp of broth (and once just some water), and reheating in the oven.

I did a packer and a pork shoulder today for dinner tomorrow night. I will be reheating the whole kit and caboodle in a low oven for a few hours tomorrow.

It's good cold. If just a couple slices for a sammy, microwave works for me. If reheating to feed others, boil in bag method or reheat in the oven with foil and a little broth.
