Cool, thanks mate and thank your Colleague please

I have a Croatian co-worker. His recipe calls for 1 part ground veal, 1 part ground lamb, and 2 parts ground beef. Baking powder is correct. Salt, pepper and garlic are correct. He adds a "Eastern European flavor profile" that he won't divulge, but I think one of ingredients is onions.

I may have to waterboard him for the rest of the recipe....just kidding...

Kilojoules instead of calories. I wonder if we'll ever go metric in the States...

We are the hojpoj boiling pot of the world we use both metric and standard measurements for everything, I can't imagine we will choose any one standard of anything on earth as we are as diverse as anything can be. IMHO.

Ask Sledneck, and make sure to mention that you prefer Macedonian Cevapcici!;)

Thanks Titch that looks great. I have to admit I never heard of Cevap.

OK, you got me, count me in for a couple of Titch's ground up wiener looking thingy's. They do look tasty. :thumb:

That looks very interesting... I'd have to give it a try.
Cheers

Would you mind sharing the recipe for the grill bread? :becky:

Cheers

I want some of that!!!! What kinda flavor does it have?
I would suggest it has a sweet taste with a cayenne after taste.
We tried some in a frypan and it was nearly as good.
