Yay or nay to brisket injection

Butchers brisket with a few other things thrown in for chits n giggles. I also like to mix it at least a few days ahead to get everything perculating.

I have gone both ways and received good results both ways. I was reading on the FAB site and they mentioned massaging the meat a bit to distribute the injection. This makes sense and may help to reduce spotting or streaking. Going to give a try. (no massage the meat jokes, lol)

Inject?... I'd inject ribs if I found a good way to do it!!

I want bold flavors, moisture in and around everything I cook.

I inject and I use Butchers

I thought you told me you were using a blend of Fab and Kosmo's. :becky:

Seriously, thanks for the excellent products and advice. Like someone else stated above, I don't know why you wouldn't inject.

We like to joke about injecting ribs, but I'm thinking in a couple of years half of us will be using Butcher's Rib Injection.

I use butchers. I love the fact that David gives me straight forward answers anytime I have a question and very quick response. Not only that but has worked well for me.

Thanks for the open discussion. :mod:
You may know how to do it, but you got to do it:becky:
See ya at the Royal this weekend:tongue:
Raining in KC tonight, but should be great this weekend:-D
