Looking for a nice rib rub - what is your favorite?

I'm not big on white or brown sugar in my Rib Rub. On my mini, I like to cook a tad over 300 deg - that temp on that small of vertical can burn the sugars. I go, salt,pepper, garlic granules and onion powder. (ratios? whatever tastes good). No Foil. IF I want some sweet, I may thin out some Sweet Baby Rays and brush on in the last 10/15 minutes of cooking.
