These were the last of the Grand Master Throwdown prizes from SRF.

If you've not tried their Beef Tenderlion Medallions,, I Highly recommend them.

Top Quality and great folks. Grilled these at 500*F turning once bringing them up to 130*F internal.

We will be ordering more of these!

I bought some of there steaks and a brisket a while ago during the sale. Steaks were awesome and waiting to cook the brisket for my twins birthday the end of may.
