I have a corned brisket ready to go, not sure if i will put on tonight or early tomorrow morning. Also have some beef ribs and tonight is pizza night on the kettle
3 day event for me this weekend. At the beach so cooking on the Akorn all weekend.
Friday - 1.75" thick ribeyes,
Saturday - 1 rack babyback and 1 st louis
Sunday - Wings and red potato quarters, eating the smoked cheese from a few weeks ago too
Tri tip is ready to go. I'm thinking tacos with it. Wife will have me throw some salmon on for her. Been on a brussel sprouts kick lately so those.....and got some Japanese sweet potato to throw in. Love those things. Happy pharken superbowl weekend!!!
I might go ahead and try my carolina reaper brined corned beef point to see if it is too spicy. Will leave the larger flat in till next weekend to keep brining.
