I let this pork loin marinade overnight.

Fired up the Kettle with Stubbs and threw the slab on. 15 minutes on each side.

In the meantime, I got a pot going with boiling water and added this.

Drain well and return the noodles to the pot. Add 2 TBS of sesame oil and coat, then set aside.

Now, onto the sauce.
3 TBS of Soy sauce
1 1/2 TBS of Oyster Sauce
1 1/2 TBS of rice wine
1 1/2 tsp honey

Mix that up well.

I heated up a large skillet and added:
1 TBS Peanut Oil
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced fresh ginger
3 scallions cut into 2" pieces
5 Shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced

Cooked that for a few minutes.

Then I diced up the BBQ pork.

Added it to the veggies in the pan, then added the sauce.
Let all that heat through for a few minutes, then plated.
