Stuffed tenderloin, stuffed mushrooms and stuffed peppers.

Whipped up a couple of stuffed tenderloins. Stuffed one with cream cheese and jalapenos, and the other with shrimp and boudin sausage. Wrapped the shrimp and boudin stuffed one with bacon. Stuffed a few mushrooms with cheese and ground sausage and some peppers stuffed with shrimp and cream cheese and wrapped in bacon. Cooked it all in the vertical of my Shirley fab at 325 degrees. Turned out pretty good. Thanks for looking.

I'm in for a big slice of the shrimp and boudin! Oh hell, fill up the whole plate. It all looks good.

Thanks for the kind words brother. The shrimp and boudin stuffing really goes well with pork.
