Grilled on an elevated grid at 300 degrees. Turned every 10 minutes until finished.

Rubbed with Meat Church Holy Gospel and sauced at the end with some of my homemade sauce.

Kid approved and no leftovers!

Very nice cook for sure. I am cooking a pork loin on my LBGE tomorrow. Hope my cook turns out looking like yours did.
