His favorite is chicken. If I don't give him any he'll just help himself to the carcass afterwards.
There was spare ribs too. Oven cooked, good, I never do well with indoor ribs:tsk: but they fix them well. I have small piece of flat left so tonight is brisket enchiladas, or tacos, I love me some tex-mex.

I like your brisket. Bark is perfect for me and slices look good to me. Did you vent it before putting in foil innthe cooler?

I let it sit out about 15 min, then put into a lined cooler. I normally just rest on the counter, I think I'll pull earlier if I need to hold the meat
