H3 Restaurant in Old Fort Worth is one of my favorites. The smoked sirloin, Kansas City bone in Strip, and table side guacamole are excellent. Tim Love also has a restaurant in the area but I can not remember the name. You will not be disappointed in H3.

Joe T Garcias...it is just regular ol' tex-mex, but the atmosphere is great. Plus it will make you appreciate our Texas heat if they seat you outside and there is a long line :wink:

Hit the stockyards for both food and drink. AYCE beef back ribs at Riscky's for $10.99. For a good Texas BBQ joint with no frills try Smokey's. It is just a couple of miles east of downtown.

Go to Fred's Texas Cafe. They have great food (not bbq, but the chicken fried steak was outstanding). They also sell "Outlaw Heifer Dust", which is a killer beef rub, that I've been using for a couple years.
