And the reason I call it the McSpareRib II is because I was the McRib 2016 champ which I recreated in a shape of spares by shaping the patty larger hence the McSpareRib

Sooooo..This is a combo of all three cooks and I went with a rack of spares
Rubbed the rack with
Got the special "76" edition PBC going :biggrin1:
Hung the ribs and the tips
Won't bore you to death with the cook so fast forward to deboning the rack
Beautiful
50/50 BH Original and Tennessee Red
Cut the enormous bun :mrgreen:
Hung both in the PBC for the sauce to set and the bread to toast
Time to assemble the giant McSpareRib
Bam!
Delicious!!
