I got the inspiration to do this from:

And the reason I call it the McSpareRib II is because I was the McRib 2016 champ which I recreated in a shape of spares by shaping the patty larger hence the McSpareRib

Thanks for looking!

OK OK, I now like the McRib! :eusa_clap

Awesome cook, I was worried the spares might pull apart hanging without the bones.

Man, I knew I was gonna regret opening this thread! I miss sandwiches. Its kinda hard eating sandwiches missing your front teeth LOL. That looks delicious !!

My favorite part of this post is "Some pickled red onions on the second one." A SECOND ONE !????! Good gawd!

Lol, meant to say the second piece. I cut the big arse sandwich into individual portions.

Hope you didn't eat it all  Looks good man.

Haha! No Man vs Food type of deal. Shared it. :thumb:

Nice!

Now only if McDonalds would make em that way... :becky:

Thanks Norm! Believe it or not I've never tried the real, or is it fake McRib? But if they served this at McD's I'd be at the drive through everyday.

That looks awesome, especially with those pickles and onions. :hungry:

Thank you and thanks for the inspiration. :thumb:

The flavors just go together with the sauce, onions and pickles. :hungry:

I knew the slab would be fine since there was enough tug to it.

Thanks neighbor!
