I hope you pace yourself. That quantity consumed in a short time may have you living single again.

After eating that bag-o-beans, you won't have to pedal that bicycle, just lean over the handlebars and let nature propel you down the road!

Love me some good beans! ....Also enjoyed the sunscreen song. If everyone would apply that to daily living, the world would surely be a better place.

Thanks,
Randy

It is a powerful song!!

I checked out their website and was intrigued by the Anasazi beans.

Do tell us how they are. Hopefully I can find some near me.

Anasazi beans!!!!
I picked up 5lbs today. My local store only carries the one pound bags. I love em! (the beans, not the store) :-D

Anasazi beans appear funky dry but lose their marbeling and look like regular pintos when cooked. They cook quicker so no need for overnight soak. If you do soak, put them in the fridge to soak. It slows the breakdown. They also seem to absorb more of the seasoning so less seasoning is required. The Dove Creek bean spice is pricey in the small bottles but quite reasonable in bulk quantity. If not listed on their website you might try calling. Their multi bean soups are fantastic as well.

I paid 29.99 for the 20# bag in Bloomfield NM. I think it's the only store on my Flyfishing route to The San Juan that carries them. I checked Trader Joes on Paseo Del Norte in Albq, none.
