While not true Q, I am really looking forward to tonight's dinner. Cajun Injector turkey! Maybe real Q tomorrow...

I bought a frozen Butterball turkey breast last weekend for $3.49/lb. Put it in the fridge instead of the freezer, so tonight had to be turkey night.

The only seasoning other than a little butter on the skin.

Looks great. I have seen but never used that injection. Waiting to hear how you liked it. Turkey season is coming after all.
 
This stuff is awesome! It served well in adding flavor (garlic, basil, thyme, cayenne, salt) and adding moisture to the gasser bird. Wished my son wasn't around while I was cooking because I would have loved to pour it on the top of this breast. (If he saw that he wouldn't be hungry, but ate twice as much as he normally would.)

I've had it in fryer birds and on chicken and highly recommend it. I believe they have many favors, but this is the only one I have tried.
