Hi all ... Like many who have preceded me !!! I'm a newbie on here and wish to extend my good wishes to everyone involved with the forum .. So new to the forum in fact, I may not be posting this in the correct thread..

Welcome from this side of the pond. I loved London when I visited, my favorite place abroad. I can't wait to see some of your cooks posted, I think it is so cool that we all share the same passions from so far away.
