Hey everyone, Sanbornton BBQ here, from central New Hampshire. Recently took a big jump from the weber kettle, now trying to figure out how to work an off set smoker from Klose. I'm hoping the third smoke is a charm. I definitely appreciate all your collective knowledge, experience and words of wisdom.

Yesterday, I tried smoking two boston butts and a packer brisket. Today, I'm logging in the BBQ Brethren. Go figure!
