OK, OK, I know - everyone is thinking about turkeys and a few hams, BUT... (well, maybe a few butts, too).
BUT - I am already thinking towards summer cooks and I'm wondering about doing a whole piggy.
What size grill would I need to cook on, and what is the typical size piggy you all cook? (I am not going to build a concrete block pit, but thinking of using a pull behind grill.)
What y'all think?
