Smoked chicken wings

Smoked some wings tonight that turned out great.

Started them on the indirect side of the grill at about 300, with some cherry wood. After smoking for about 30 minutes, got the grill raging and threw them on the hot side for a couple minutes to get them a little crispy.

Used Oakridge Secret Weapon for the rub, and took half of them and basted with butter and Franks.

Looks great. I love a little (not much) smoke on my wings. Hard to get the skin right without overcooking. Nice job.
 
Sorry about the huge pictures . . . not quite sure how to get them smaller.

you can go to a site like tinypic and resize, or you might have an option in your camera to shoot in a smaller size, i use "email attachment" size option and dont have to resize but i lose macro feature.

nah leave the pics big, you can really SEE and smell.
