Did 5 dozen jumbo double wings yesterday on the UDS.
Hickory smoke.
350 degrees (used the Guru for the assist).
2 different rounds on the smoker.
Seasoned all with kosher salt, pepper and garlic powder and on the drum they went.

Just didn't feel like messing with the grill for crisping so I just let em go until about 180 IT so the skin rendered a bit more.

Tossed in 3 different sauces......

Step 2. Buy sauce




HAHAHAHA!!!

We just use the store bought wing sauces. Way too easy to do and they're pretty good too.
