Cooked a rack ribs for my pastor. Tomorrow is pastor appreciation day at church.

I am really enjoying this method of foil and glazing ribs. Always done foil with just rub but this has been a nice change. I really love these triple 9 swine apple glazes.

I also baked a pizza for lunch.
