If you live in the Seattle WA area, you've probably heard of this place and if you haven't, you have now. I went in to pick up some Marie Sharp's hot sauce that a buddy turned me onto because they are the only place in the area that sells it. They literally have 1000 hot sauces. No joke, and the meat selection is top notch. I ended up with 2 bottles of Marie Sharps' for me, a bottle of 'Fear the Reaper' for my buddy (made with Smokin' Ed's Carolina Reaper peppers. 2013 Guinness World record for hottest pepper!!), and some Butcher BBQ Comp Blend Wild Cherry Seasoning that I'm goign to use on some pork country style ribs tomorrow.
