Nothing fancy, just some beef ribs at the lake. Used my little homemade charcoal cooker.

It was tasty and fed me for two meals. :-D

Thanks for looking!

Very meaty.

Looks great. The ones I find here are mostly bone.

Well, darn. Guess that cabbage stew in the crockpot is going to an elderly friend. I want (need) beef ribs now. A big meal from your little cooker. Nice!!

Nothing better then meat and potatoes, AND bacon!
You've been camping again and I see you brought your tractor rim as well! :thumb:
I love beef ribs and those look delicious!
Thanks for sharing Jeanie!

I love that little cooker and I sure love some shorties! I hear ya on them being huge. I can get a couple meals out of one rib - when I'm controlling myself. :heh:

Very nicely done Jeanie!

Cowgirl - where again did you get that little smoker made? I'd love one for scouts! I have a mini-wsm, but I'd love something a little more heavy duty. Plus yours is big enough for a griddle.

Those ribs look yummy btw! Nicely done!

Adam thanks! I get these from my butcher. He doesn't always have them on hand but will save some for me if I ask. He usually cuts them into short ribs.

Thanks Adams! Your cabbage stew sounds mighty fine to me.

Ray thanks!! I did go camping for a few days. Had a great time!

Thanks Greg!! Beef ribs are my absolute favorite but I can't seem to eat a whole one in one sitting. I need to make some of those APL style ribs...those were killer!

Thank you Cholloway!

Are these short ribs or beef back ribs? There is a huge difference in price here in Vegas.

These were short ribs. My butcher calls them a "Plate" of ribs.

The cooker was made by a friend. He made several smaller ones, mine was the biggest size. I love it but it's danged heavy for me to move around.
