Stumps stretch questions

After a LONG wait, my beautiful stretch has arrived. I have a few questions if anyone has any experience.
1. How do you get the wheels on without breaking something?
2. The guru "adapter" doesn't seem to actually fit, any ideas?
3. There us a hole on the inside of the door where the thermo sticks through, how do you fill or cover it?

My backwoods had the same hole where the thermo sticks through, i filled it with silicone

Used a jack to get the wheels on and the guru should just screw in to the adapter.

I used a jack as well to get the wheels on. The guru screws into the adapter.

I have a Platinum 5 and for the guru, I went to Lowes and bought a copper reducer so it would fit in the ball valve.
