Sorry for the typo, I meant to say that it gave me an error saying that I could not post these in the UDS thread. O well, here is mine smoker, simple ball valve design with 2 racks. Runs a little on the hot side, I think I need to track down an air leak. Still magically turns pork butts into masterpieces.

How high up are those air intakes? It could just be the angle of the picture but they look pretty high.

Best part is that the bottom can work as a lid to with a little modification. I got it for 60 bucks in the spring. So for 60 I got 2 grates and 2 lids, I also used the wheels off of it!
The valves aren't that high. I think I used the 24" pieces of pipe. The whole thing is about 3 inches off the ground. I built it up so I can leave it in the back of my truck and smoke without it melting the bedliner.

I agree thats a nice looking smoker. Did the lid fit right on or did you have to modify anything to get it to fit.
