Restaurant Depot KCBS account cancelled ??

So I went to restaurant depot a few weeks back. In the past I show them my KCBS membership card and they give me a temp pass. This last time I went in they said that the (Kansas city Missouri.) account was cancelled.
am I missing something here ?

The info is still on the KCBS web site in the Member's section. There is a code the RD employee is supposed to key in.

I went just a couple weeks ago here and they had no problem. Except the girl tried to sweet talk me into bringing BBQ the next time I came in.:heh:

I went yesterday and had no problem. There's something you can print out on the KCBS website - you log in, go to "discounts", print the RD info out, and show that to the person at the front of RD if there's an issue.
