That Sriracha stuff has become one of my favorite condiments,... I like to grill off some chicken thighs and then pour some of that stuff on to bake on a little!:thumb:
I'll bet those croquettes had some flavor!!!:wink:
 
Bretheren, it's just crazy how these taste compared to the "pink canned salmon" most are accustomed to. Also the filler was four saltines and a rolled crushed pulverized lunch box size bag of Nacho Flavor Doritos. The Panko was only on the outside. Rolled-let sit 20-30"- then rolled in Panko one more time.
 
Do you know if it was a Red Salmon, King or silver? they all are copper river Slamon... I put them in order of tastiness :) Love fresh red Salmon!

lol I agree 100% with the article!! As long as it fresh caught... preferable in the ocean or first few miles they are all good! I think Kenai river Salmon run a bit bigger :) But I'll take any of them!
