Meat Candy Too..

I have seen meat candy here, but it's not what I thought it was. The caterer for our wedding reception made these. I thought "Oh yeah"... By the time we walked the room and finally got a plate of food, they were gone. They were a big hit. I make them occasionally in the oven, but this time, on the drum.



Wrap em up....



Heavy dusting of brown sugar...



Cook around 350ish till they are all bubbly.






Pretty good snacking.
