Rack of lamb (pr0n)

I did this for the ribs throwdown. I got a rack of lamb and put salt, pepper, garlic and cumin on it.

Gave it a quick sear, then reduced the heat a bit and let it cook to 120 internal.

Made a balsamic and white wine reduction.

Sauteed some spinach and baby bella mushrooms.

Here's how the meat looked coming off the grill.

And plated, with brown rice and the veggies.

I love lamb and I don't make it very often. If I could get the rest of the family to eat it, that might help...

Wow I'm doing rack of lamb also, no pics but here is where I'm at:

Marinade
Olive oil
Pressed garlic
Rosemary
Thyme
Greek oregano
Lemon juice
S&P

Out of marinade in 30min after 3hrs,then trying Tatonka Dust dry rub then indirect on my Yoder YS480 at 250 till IT 135 rest for 20min and pig out :grin:

My family same as yours.... Wife won't touch kids are meh

That dinner looks like it has a lot of flavour, love the idea of the balsamic reduction over it, the acid sounds great against the fat. Love those sides, too, they are the kind of thing I would do.
