Did some random cooking today. Fired up the Shirley on an awesome Sunday. Weather was perfect today. Here is the cook

After hitting with the weed burner


Had tons of chicken in my freezer from stuff that doesn't make it to events so figured I would cook a bunch for pulled chicken.

Beautiful smoker. I could do with a little of that jack. I never have done pulled chicken Is it skinless or does the skin tender up.
 
The wings are my favorite of the group. But I'm a wingaholic.

Thanks, yeah the wings might be my favorite off this smoker because I can get it up to about 400 on the top left and get the skin crispy.

There was skin but I don't put that in the pulled. Just toss it.
