Cooked up 20 racks of back ribs for the boys at work
Turned out pretty decent considering the space cramp.
I used rib racks to start then once I had them to a decent colour I foiled them and crammed them in flat.
They did need to be rotated a few times though and some just ended up lighter than the rest.

Ya, I told them that I can only do a half rack myself but they swore they would eat it so I made it , and they did eat it all up
