somebody shut me the fark up.
Well the Asian fellars at work asked me to cook them some "Smoky Pork" again so I got St Louis Spares on bottom and Pork CSRs on top in UDS running KBB n Hickory chunks. Also have 12 lbs of Assorted Chops cut 1.5" thick that will get dusted with PlowBoys Yardbird then grilled over KBB in the Weber Kettle in a bit.
