Mark is one of the nicest people that you would ever want to meet. He is a real down to earth guy who happens to make great Q. He came by our site this last fall when Kick,Sweet T, John, and myself were on the MOFO'S Best team competing for A good cause. IMO------The Best Cookers I Know, are the ones that I can talk to, share some ideas or some experiance to get to the next level. Mark is this kind of person.Spice
