Nopales Kumquat Steak Tacos

The nopales are always good. The kumquat was something I had laying around.
It made an nice addition with a bit of bitterness.
Topped with cilantro, pickled onion and lime crema.

Kumquat a nice touch. Would've never thought to use it like that.

I've never had kumquat, but I'd definitely like to try it for the first time on one of those! Those look incredible!

Sorry. Nopales are flat cactus leaves.
You scraped off the thorns a cook.
So people parboil them.
I just stuck them straight on the blackstone after dicing.

That's outstanding.

I've never had nopales or kumquat, but I'd sure give it a whirl in 2-3 of those tacos!

I dig the taco "stand," as well.
