Costco had an entire "prime" prime rib roast (7 bones) for $179 yesterday.

Butchers in NJ are thieves. I know because I live here. Who would think you would go to Manhattan to find better pricing but thats what I do for my "special cuts".

Nothing wrong with a tri-tip. If it is cooked and sliced right it is very tender, juicy, and flavorful.
