May I humbly recommend our very own Rusty Kettle for your consideration.
He has cooked a few backyard events and is going to compete with the big dogs this year.
His trip to the Jack (Shadetree) in 2015 went to hell thanks to vehicle problems, and Mrs. Kettle doesn't tell him about the vacuum when it breaks. For this alone, he deserves a break. Personally, I just want to follow the threads where he learns to use an insulated cooker and ignores Jason's advice (TQ).
He has had some success already (more than me....) Darn you Rusty!!!
