Mulberry Wood???

Mulberry

Hi All I Finally got around to picking up the Mulberry, after all the snow melted.
I wasn't sure how GOOD mulberry was good to smoke with, but with all your answers I felt good about it..
Not a bad deal for $70.00

Hi So what wood be good wood to use as an accent wood with mulberry?
Mostly smoking ribs,butts and brisket.

Depends on what you're cookin'. I go back and forth quite a bit. Yesterday, I used Mulberry almost exclusively, and got great flavor on a lovely pair of Tri-tips. You really don't have to add anything to get great flavor.

You can, of course, mix things up a bit. A little oak if doing briskies, or a little hickory if doing pork.
