Hi All,
Long time lurker on this site and have taken away some great advice over the years. Hope to be able to offer some advice and to take away more knowledge from the members here.
I have a few different cookers on the patio and recently acquired the final (I think, for now, maybe....) piece of the puzzle for grilling/smoking and cooking outside. The latest chunk of metal to hit the patio is a Tejas Smokers 2040 that I had picked up on the Canadian buy and sell, Kijiji. A little bit of clean up (actually it was a BIG cleanup) and high temp paint on the firebox and it finally made some amazing ribs last Sunday. Very rare to find a stickburner for sale up here....
Posting photos is a bit different here than I am used to and will read a bit more how to do this here.
Cheers!
Bill K
